There are a lot of things that I wish I’d done differently in 2018.

Written more. Created more. Read more books.

And I told myself that I would do more in the new year. But something recently happened that brought that promise into sharp clarity.

Our online community (you know who you are) lost a lovely friend just before Christmas that left us reeling. They were a creative force to be reckoned with and always quick with a word of encouragement. They were a writer, a cheerleader and a friend.

So I’m making a vow to write more. Create more. Here goes nothing.
